John Santiago didn't think getting a few months behind in rent was that big a deal; his cranky old landlord begged to differ and decided that lackadaisical John needed some hardline discipline! So John was given a choice: Getting kicked out on his ass or struggling in bondage. After a little hesitation, the lazy tenant chose the second option, which is why a bewildered John wound up tied to a chair and gagged with duct tape!

If John thought his humiliating experience had ended when he was released from the chair, he was sadly mistaken! The landlord had plenty of duct tape left, so he used it on John, who had reluctantly changed into sweatpants and shirt. Tightly bound with the tape, the unhappy tenant rolled around on the floor and grunted while the old man watched in amusement!

To John's dismay, his restraint became even more rigorous when rope replaced tape as the instrument of his immobility. Back in shirt and pants, the intimidated tenant discovered the ruthless power of the hogtie as he writhed awkwardly on his stomach; his ordeal was made all the more miserable by the triumphant landlord's mocking laughter!

It was a relief for John to escape the hogtie, but the merciless old man's exercise in domination was far from complete! Dressed only in belt and shorts, the apprehensive young man mouthed a ball-gag as he perched on the edge of a bed. John twisted and thrashed vigorously on the bed as he battled against the ropework controlling him while the shameless oldster compounded John's misery by prodding him with a crop!

John's disastrous day finally concluded with the repentant tenant spread- eagled to the bed. Gagged with a black cleave, John was powerless to answer when the arrogant old man harangued him, then allowed the sadder but wiser subject to test his limbs against the knotted ropes until he surrendered to exhaustion!
