Tommy stole some money from the infamous "Shorty." He sends Hannah Thurman over to collect by any means necessary. She knocks out Tommy and ties him up. However, while looking for a device to make him talk, he gets his ankles free and tries to escape with hands still bound behind him and a tight cloth gag over his mouth!
